Result Driven Communication
INTRODUCTION
Next to excellent control of data currents, planning and prioritizing, a fundamental factor to an efficient and effective workplace is being able to communicate your goals clearly. Communication is essential to success in every company.
It turns out colleagues often communicate using few words, leaving much room for interpretation. Co-workers clash because there is no appreciation for each others' point of view.
“The Result Oriented Communication” programme examines the fundamentals of clear and result-driven communication. It explores the perceptions of the participants in communication, and explore their validity. Participants will gain important insights into how others relate to them, and vice-versa. They will identify their most effective strategies to increase their desired outcome through positive verbal and non-verbal communication.
OBJECTIVES
The participants will have a better understanding of their appearance towards their colleagues and will learn how to clearly convey their intended message. They will also have a clearer picture of how to ensure better understanding towards others. Together, this results in better team and individual performance.
After the programme, participants would have:
• Better insight into the basics of result-driven communication • Learnt to ask the right question, at the right moment • Learnt to become responsible for their own actions with a clear eye for their environment • Gained knowledge about how to deal with own emotions and how to react to other's emotions • Better insight into how to make clear agreements with appreciation for other's point of view

The content of the workshop is tailored based on the objectives of the organisation. Some topics might be discussed more in depth than others.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Result Driven Communication is suitable for anyone interested in increasing the effectiveness of their communication. It benefits employees at all levels of the organisation. Where possible, we work in groups with similar backgrounds. We will then be able to match the training to the working practice of the participants while focusing on participants’ individual objectives and organisational issues.
METHODOLOGY
1. Personal intakes 2. One-Day workshop 3. Personal coaching session
Through this combination, the programme will be more sustainable and valuable for the organisation and the participants. Expect not another dose of dry “How to communicate” theory. This programme is very practical, highly enjoyable and interactive. The training programme provides the participants an opportunity to discover what works and what does not in their communication.
During the group session, we use different didactic forms. Theory is altered with individual and group activities. Participants also exchange personal experiences to learn from one another. We will be constantly using metaphors and situations to help participants to reinforce the new work habits and systems and minimize the tendency to regress. The programme can be extended with extra coaching.
