METHODOLOGY

  • Participants’ volunteers role-play on contemporary etiquette and demonstration.

  • Highly interactive class with lots of demonstration, consensus questions and tricky questions.

  • Testing participants’ immediate response to any given difficult situations

  • Learning application on-site
